Jane Kwon, age 14, is a tenth-grader at Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart in Bellevue. She began her piano studies with Allan Park in 2021, building on a rich musical heritage inspired by her grandmother, an organist, and her father, a violinist. Jane has earned numerous honors and distinctions, including Grand Prix Winner of the International French Music Piano Competition, the PAFE Adjudicator's Choice Award, and MTNA Duet Competition State Alternate Winner. She also made her orchestral debut with the Bellevue Symphony after receiving the Grand Prix. In 2026, Jane was selected to attend the prestigious Seattle Piano Institute, where she studied with distinguished piano faculty and further refined her artistry. Beyond the stage, she is dedicated to sharing music with her community, serving as a piano accompanist at her local church, and performing for residents at nursing homes.
Ella (Hyoju) Lee, age 15, studies with Patrick Galvin at the Coleman Violin Studio. An accomplished young artist, she has earned numerous honors, including First Place in the Washington State OPUS Music Competition, Second Prize in the Royal Maas International Competition, Second Prize in the Bellagrande International Music Competition, and a Gold Medal in the Bellevue Symphony Concerto Competition. Her artistry has been further enriched through masterclasses with distinguished violinists Kathleen Winkler, Ana Kavafian, and Sohyun Ko, whose guidance has contributed to her continued musical growth and development.
Arthur Zhang, age 13, is a student at Timberline Middle School in Redmond. He began his formal musical studies at the age of nine and has spent the past four years studying under the guidance of Nino Merabishvili. His accomplishments include earning a Gold Medal at the 2025 Chopin Northwest Competition, a Silver Medal at the 2026 Chopin Northwest Competition, and Second Place at the 2026 Performing Arts Festival of the Eastside. As a concerto soloist, Arthur has been featured in performances with the Music Fest Perugia Orchestra in Italy in 2025 and the Tacoma Music Collaborative Orchestra in 2026. In addition to his performance achievements, Arthur is dedicated to community engagement and has shared his music through monthly performances at local senior living communities for the past two years. Outside of music, he enjoys exploring robotics and constructing model aircraft.
