She studied trumpet performance with Dr. Del Lyren and Dr. Paul Morton, with a minor in Music Education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. During that time she performed with various orchestras, wind ensembles, jazz ensembles, and most notably the Echelon Brass Quintet. Through various life events, Grace changed careers to Health IT. She currently serves as the Director of Applications and Training with HealthPoint, a local community health center. She also served for eight years as an officer in the United States Army National Guard. She continues to live her passion for music in her family and small volunteer groups.
